About Us

Founded in 1995, Ventel is a leading DRTV company in Costa Rica. We import, advertise on TV, do inbound and outbound telemarketing, and deliver products directly to the consumers using in-house operations. We also have a national reputation for strong customer service.

Our data base of clients allows Ventel to create an on-going relationship with each client, and thereby maximize product sales through continuity, and e-mail marketing, and direct mailing special offers and new product information.

Ventel is also proud to give back to the Costa Rican community by means of donations. Through 2007, Ventel has donated money and equipment in the amount of more than twenty five million Colones through direct contributions to well recognized health and child care institutions in our country.

Since Ventel operates only in Costa Rica, we know very well our market, knowledge that has driven successful campaigns for various products. A most recent example is the product Kleen Kut Wet ‘n Dry, which has generated sales over 20,000 units to date, in just the first ten months of sales.  This demonstrates the power of Ventel and our focus on maximizing sales for targeted products.
